Hey! My name is Ryan Nordheimer. Welcome to my cooking and baking account. I’m a 26-year old home cook living in the East Village in New York City. I’ve always loved cooking for other people so hopefully you enjoy my food through my own, tried-and-true recipes.

I started getting into cooking when I was sent home from studying abroad in London due to the pandemic. I had nothing better to do than get in the kitchen and start learning/helping my mom prepare dinners for the rest of the family. At that point, I had literally 0 cooking knowledge and challenged myself to make one recipe a day. Keep that going for years, starting posting pictures and then videos on social media, acquire hundreds of thousands of followers, and now I’m here.
